  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on the return status.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
